Prices / Currencies

All shown prices are in Canadian. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged in your currency converted into Canadian Dollars.


Taxes on Products

Both the GST and PST apply to purchases made by residents of British Columbia. All residents of other Canadian provinces must pay the GST. Neither tax applies to purchases made by US or international residents.

Unclaimed Packages

All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from any additional charges. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us. All Post Office documents and invoices will be made available to you after logging into your account on our website. There are no restocking charges for unclaimed parcels.
Lost in Shipment packages

Intuition Spa Salon is not responsible for losses in the mail, unless the customer requested traceable or registered shipping method service. In the event of a claim under the traceable or registered service, the tracking process can take up to 4 weeks, whereupon a confirmed mailing loss will result in the products being shipped for a second and final time.
