It does not paint the lashes, but instead it forms a tiny tube around every lash. Kiss Me Mascara is applied just like any other mascara. But removal is just as revolutionary as the unique formula itself. It will come off only with warm water and a very gently pressure. No more black tears streaming down your face, no more racoon eyes, kiss me mascara comes off only when you want it to, and easier than a waterproof by far!
Kiss Me Mascara is not an oil-based paint like most mascaras. It is a uniquely formulated mascara that forms tiny "tubes" around your lashes that will not smudge, run, clump, or flake and requires only water to remove.
APPLYING: You apply blinc's kiss me just like a regular mascara. It is important that you do not use conditioners, lotions, etc... before applying the mascara. Kiss Me requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly to your lashes. It takes Kiss Me about 2 minutes to set and begin forming the tiny "tubes" around your lashes. Do not let it set before applying another coat in order to build...keep adding coats until you are satisfied with the volume, length and degree of lash separation before Kiss Me mascara sets. Once it sets, you can no longer build.
Removing:
Only when you are ready, Kiss Me can easily be removed with a combination of warm water and gentle pressure. Pressure alone is not enough, and water alone is not enough. It must be a combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure - for example taking a shower, will make the tiny tubes effortlessly slide off your lashes. You will actually see the tiny tubes in your hand. If you insist on using a makeup remover, you must use a water-base remover not an oil-based remover. Nothing oily can make Kiss Me come off...not even if you have really oily skin.
